Carpathian Shield
🔥 Three Days of Challenges, Training, and True Teamwork!
Members of the Baida Youth Movement, together with the Zaporizhzhia Regional Center for National Resistance, took part in a large-scale training camp in the Carpathian region. These three days were filled with intensive training, new knowledge, demanding challenges, and mutual support, giving every participant the opportunity to test themselves and grow stronger.
Throughout the training camp, participants learned:
🧭 topography and land navigation;
📡 radio communications;
🩺 tactical combat casualty care based on the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm;
🛡️ the fundamentals of tactics, planning, and teamwork;
💣 mine awareness and basic combat engineering;
🚁 the operation and use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);
🐕 the role and capabilities of military working dog units;
🏔️ crossing natural obstacles and mountain terrain;
🎯 practical skills in pneumatic and interactive shooting ranges.
The most valuable part of the program was the practical training. Participants worked with maps and compasses, established radio communications, carried out tactical missions, evacuated simulated casualties, made decisions under time pressure, and operated as a single, coordinated team.
This training camp was not only a test of physical endurance but also an opportunity to develop leadership, critical thinking, responsibility, and trust in one another. Events like these help shape young people who are ready to act with confidence, support others, and take responsibility for the future of their country.
We sincerely thank the Zaporizhzhia Regional Center for National Resistance for its outstanding organization, professional instructors, and invaluable experience!
🇺🇦 Together, we are raising a generation of conscious, courageous, and responsible Ukrainians!
