It showed how participants change over the course of a year: confidence grows, responsibility deepens, and an understanding of one’s own potential emerges. This was not a formal report, but an honest conversation about growth.
The Baida Youth Movement is an environment where these changes become possible. Here, character is not talked about — it is shaped through daily work, shared challenges, and responsibility for results.
Today, Baida brings together nearly 400 participants across 14 local chapters, working as one united community. Each chapter has its own focus and rhythm, yet all are united by shared values and goals.
Alongside the chapters that have been active since the beginning, the Novomykolaivka, Zavodskyi, Mykhailo-Lukashivka, and Shyrokivskyi chapters confidently made their mark over the past year and are already demonstrating tangible results.
What has been achieved over the year?
🏅 Sport
Boxing, MMA, horting, hand-to-hand combat, athletics, swimming, football, volleyball, dance, and other disciplines.
Result: 58 first-place finishes at city, regional, national, and international competitions.
🧠 Intellect and Creativity
Olympiads, academic conferences, creative competitions, and English language learning.
12 first places in intellectual and creative fields.
Because the future requires not only strength, but also thinking.
🚍 Travel and Experience
Ukraine: Lviv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipro, Poltava, Khust, and other cities.
Abroad: Brussels, Luxembourg, Poland.
These are experiences that shape worldview and responsibility.
🤝 Volunteering
Support for the military, helping animals, environmental initiatives, working with elderly people, and restoring sports grounds.
Not for reporting — but for inner growth.
Over this year, Baida members took the stage who only recently were afraid to speak out loud, and today confidently present their achievements.
Even chapters created just a few months ago already have their own medals, projects, and volunteer stories.
The future is not formed by chance.
It is born where there is a strong environment.
And the Baida Youth Movement creates this environment every day.
